Vrotate.com offers subscriptions for all FAA (formerly NOS), NIMA, DoD, and DMA products. Clicking on the link at the bottom of the page will take you to our secure order form for both FAA VFR and IFR products (for the other Agencies, please send us an e-mail at support@vrotate.com with the products you'd like to subscribe to). From there, you may enter the quantity for each chart item that you would like us to send to you on a regular basis.

Please Note:
Shipping -- We will bill you shipping at the lowest rate possible via US Mail plus $.50 each time we send you your subscription items, unless otherwise instructed. Over a pound or so, you automatically get Priority Mail Service which is 2-3 days for most of the United States. We do everything possible to get you your charts on time. The only glitch happens when FAA delivers late, which , to be honest, can occur for any dealer.. .It's a government agency. Whaddya gonna do?
Free Shipping -- No can do. We realize that there are some shops offering free service. However, our own industrial espionage tells us that either their net costs to you are higher (i.e. higher chart prices), or they use different shipping methods depending upon the size and weight of your order. Throw a few approach plates in the mix, and you will probably see your charts shipped via UPS Ground, which means that you may receive your charts way past the date of the expiring charts. Our policy is "no BS or sleight of hand". How's that grab ya?
Changes -- If you would like to change your subscription at any time, please just e-mail us your request and we'll take care of it for you.
Secure Order Form -- The order form that you will fill out is processed over a secure server. There is no security risk of transmitting the required information (e.g., credit card number) over the internet in this way.
Pricing -- There is no charge for the subscription service and billing only takes place after your items are shipped. All product prices are either identical or lower to those in the store (i.e. on the web site). However, promotional pricing may not apply for subscribed items. There are specials on products that are only available to subscribers and we will inform you of these from time to time.
I Need Charts NOW! -- If you need a chart that is current for today, please order it directly from our website. Your first subscription order will ship the next time charts are issued by FAA.
IMPORTANT -- Normally, all of the items shipped from FAA to us arrive in plenty of time to get them out to subscribers before the obsolete date of the soon-to-expire editions. Occasionally, FAA is a little tardy. Our policy is to ship to you THE SAME DAY THAT WE RECEIVE THE ITEMS FROM FAA! We will always strive to get you your charts before the old ones expire (and experience tells us that usually this is no problem). However, please understand that we can't hurry FAA.
